KSP May Day

May day is a celebration of the start of summer and it's a special day for all our school religions to get together.

Every year we take a different theme and each class prepares something to do with that theme. Last year's theme was Learn Together.  Themes for other years were Hopes for the New Millennium, Caring for our World, Windows on the World, Listen to our Voices and Harmony

Each class has its own part in the presentation and parents can come and watch. We sing songs, say poems and tell each other about our projects. It takes weeks of preparation but all of it is fun.

There is a party for the parents as well. Each class has their own photo taken and it is put on the noticeboard for everyone to see.

One year, we had a Wishing Tree.  Every class had their own tree. Each person tied a ribbon to the tree and made a wish.  Click here to see what all the classes did for KSP May Day 2001 !

The 2006 Mayday took place on Friday the 5th of May.
